Laywer of Tom Cruise told the BBC that Tom Cruise lets Katie Holmes play the media for now. Tom Cruise will file also for divorce, but his laywer Bert Fields is not saying where and what Tom Cruise wants.

Katie Holmes is apparently not taking any risks in the divorce from Tom Cruise. Hollywoodlife reports that Katie Holmes filed this week an emergency application making the divorce trial public. This is a very unusual move for a celebrity. She makes with this sure that the trial is in New York. There is actually already a court date. Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise are to appear in court on July 17 9:30am ET.

It looks like Katie Holmes wants to totally cut off Tom Cruise from her and Suri. People reports on how Katie Holmes has prepared the divorce filing that caught Tom Cruise by surprise.
