The investigation following into the attempted robbery by Justin Bieber has been dropped because there was no such evidence suggesting that Bieber had stolen a woman’s phone. The teen pop sensation was recently accused of stealing a woman’s while trying to take a picture of him and according to the claims, the accident took place at some mini-golf complex in California last month.
TMZ.com has reported that prosecutors have found no evidence which would support the case hence they have denied carrying it any further. The Los Angeles Police interviewed nine witnesses and "none of them saw the singer involved in any sort of altercation." Though there was no evidence of a stolen phone, there might still be charges pertaining to misdemeanor by the City Attorney.
Talking about this incident last month, Justin Bieber said that "It is hard to defend myself and my privacy every moment of the day. Then to see rumors. The truth will set you free. My mom raised me to be kind to others. I get judged, harassed, and I try to take the high road. Sometimes it isn't easy. But we keep trying.”
He continued saying I will continue to be the man my mother raised. I love people and I will try to be kind even when things are not fair. Don't believe rumors. Thanks for those who stick by me and those that help me grow everyday. I love you. Off to have fun and smile with friends. I'm human. I feel. I hurt. But I got thick skin too. I can handle it. I love you."
