Jenny McCarthy has ditched her diet

Jenny McCarthy has ditched her diet for Christmas.

The 41-year-old 'The View' co-host has admitted her weight often fluctuates by 20 pounds at this time of year and even thinks her love of water makes her heavier.

The blonde beauty told gossip website RadarOnline.com: "I'm a big yo-yoer. I do go up and down. I go from like 120 to 138. Right now I'm at 136, I think.

"And I take this time to thoroughly enjoy it during the holidays. I'm kind of part of the collective thinking when it comes to just surrendering to the not so great foods."

She added: "I drink a lot of water! When you have a lot of water it kind of tends to go everywhere. Like a little bit in your neck and a lot in your boobs and your arms...to me it's more evenly spread out I think."

The former Playboy model, who is allegedly facing the axe from the day-time talk show she presents alongside Barbara Walters, Whoppi Goldberg and Sherri Shepard after raising eyebrows with her controversial hosting style, is looking forward to celebrating Christmas with her son, Evan, nine, whose father is her ex-husband John Mallory Asher, and her boyfriend, Donnie Wahlberg, whom she began dating in July.

The blonde beauty recently gushed about her relationship with the New Kids On The Block singer, 44, and said he was worth waiting for.

She said: "If every relationship leads you to the next person and it leads you to what you want and what you don't want, I feel like I deserve great and he's great."
