Ashton Kutcher failed to tip an English barber after an $12 haircut.
Hairdresser Jim Clayton was left stunned when the Hollywood actor and his girlfriend Mila Kunis visited his shop in the small town of Bridgwater in Somerset, south west England , for a cut-price trim and failed to tip him after paying with a £10 note [equivalent to $15].
The local barber claims the couple - who are in town while Mila films new sci-fi thriller 'Jupiter Ascending' - arrived just 15 minutes before closing time and even though he accommodated the 35-year-old actor by staying open late, his goodwill wasn't reciprocated by the millionaire client.
He said: "Mila handed over a £10 note and I gave her the change - she did not even give me a tip."
Jim admits he had no idea he was in the presence of A-list stars and says the couple weren't open to conversation, only revealing they lived in Los Angeles, California.
He said: "He did not really talk that much, but Mila sat with my dog Bailey on her lap. She fell in love with my dogs, but the conversation was not very interesting. They asked me where I was from and they said they were both from Los Angeles. But they did not admit what they did."
It was only after the local shop owner returned home that he was able to connect the dots after his wife told him Ashton and Mila, 29, were spotted around town.
Jim is quoted by the Metro newspaper as saying: "I asked her to get a picture of them up on the computer. I noticed it was them straightaway. It was funny because I watched 'Ted' a couple of weeks ago but I still did not realise who she was.
"When I found out, I started to wish I had put a couple more zeroes on the end of the bill! I have never cut a celebrity's hair before and not many famous people come to Bridgwater."
