The 49-year-old actor praised his fiancée - who had a double mastectomy earlier this year - for being "brave and bold" at the New York premiere of his latest film 'World War Z' on Monday night (06.17.13) and the woman of his dreams.
Angelina - who publicly announced in May she had both her breasts removed after testing positive for the BRCA1 mutated gene which causes cancer - could not be at her husband's side due to charity commitments in Los Angeles.
But Brad, 49, made it clear that Angelina was not far from his mind.
When asked to describe his feelings for the 38-year-old actress after she decided to go public about the surgery, he said: "She has always been the brave, bold individual that I fell for - and sexy as ever."
Brad has been busy on the promotional trail for his new blockbuster and has been joined by his partner and their six kids on many of his trips.
The couple's 11-year-old son Mad Maddox has a small cameo in 'World War Z' as a zombie.
The Hollywood heartthrob said: "He's got a small piece in it. He's a zombie who then gets shot. I don't know what that says about my parenting! (My kids) love these kinds of things and that's the thing that first drew me to it."
