Los Angeles, June 17 — Rapper and record producer Jay-Z is set to release his new album on July 4.

"The album titled 'Magna Carta Holy Grail' is about duality of how you navigate through success, failures, through all this, and remain yourself," eonline.com quoted him as saying.

Users of Samsung Galaxy Smartphone will get to download an application on June 24. It will allow the first one million users to unlock the 43-year-old's 12th album for free 72 hours ahead of its general release.
