Lily Aldridge recalls first date nerves

Lily Aldridge was "nervous" before her first date with Caleb Followill.

The Victoria's Secret model first met the Kings of Leon frontman in 2007 when the band performed at Coachella Festival and she was so anxious during their first night out together at Nobu restaurant in London, she embarrassed herself by making an unusual order at the dinner table.

She recalled: "He was performing and as soon as I saw him I couldn't stop thinking about him. I was so nervous when I got [to Nobu] that I ordered apple juice instead of a glass of wine."

The couple tied the knot in May 2011 and gave birth to their daughter Dixie Pearl last June and the brunette beauty now enjoys a quiet married life.

She told Britain's Tatler magazine: "I'm a stay-at-home-and-cuddle kind of girl. At the moment we all wake up at 7.30am. [Even Dixie], I'm blessed she's a very good sleeper. Then Caleb goes off to make music and, when he comes home, we'll watch a film.

"We cook sweet potatoes, sometimes pasta. I'm a real foodie. But I work out a lot - I do this great ballet session and, if I'm getting in shape for a show, it's at least two hours a day."
