Kim Kardashian's mother is her role model.

The 32-year-old reality TV star - who is due to give birth to her first child with her boyfriend Kanye West in July - has revealed she hopes to carve out a life like her manager and mother Kris Jenner, 57, because she is able to balance having a successful career and happy family.

The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star told a behind-the-scenes video for her cover shoot for April's Cosmopolitan magazine: "My role model really is my mom. I know that's like, so cliche to say.

"I have the tendency to get really focused in on working that I don't take time out to have fun, but my mom shows me that you can kind of do all of that and live a really happy life. Follow your dreams and work really hard at it but nothing comes easy."

Kris recently admitted she feels "guilty" all the time because she finds it difficult dividing her time equally between all six of her famous children.

She said: "I feel guilty all the time because I can't be everywhere at once. I feel like I want to be there for everybody, whoever needs me, I just worry about them all.

"One moment I'm talking to Khloe as her mom. Suddenly, she'll turn around and [say]... 'I'm your client and you didn't do this.' I get scolded or, you know, they're not happy about something and I have to fix it."
